001. To be eligible as a nominee, there has to be a code that is clearly visible on your site.

002. I, Brittany, cannot be nominated in any category.

003. When nominating, you must have provide and name and a valid email address. If your email address is not valid, your nomination will be deleted.

004. All stories must be complete, except for Best Incomplete, Best Title, Best Kiss, Best Quote, Best Plot Best Couple, Best Characters.

005. You are allowed to nominate your own stories if you wish.

006. To be eligible for Best New Site, your site must be less than one year old.

007. You can only vote one time. That's just not fair to the other nominees.

008. For Best Layout, if the layout was NOT made by the owner of the site, the owner must email the person who made that layout and get the go ahead to nominate it. You must make me aware of this and forward the email from the designer stating that it's alright for the site to be nominated for best layout.

009. Just to make sure that ya'll have read the rules, in the box that says 'Who is P.J. Clapp??', type 'Johnny Knoxville'.
